API Access: Update a contact using Email Address instead of UUID

When sharing information via API/Webhooks, it is uncommon that the same UUID will be used to identify a contact from different platforms. I vote that this functionality be changed to update a contact using an email address instead.

Many companies utilize their own UUID. Importing the clients internal UUID to replace the default, would be a useful feature.
