Sometimes, more than one person has to sign off an an agreement or have the ability to see invoices. SuiteDash currently has no real team functionality because you can only add one client per proposal, contract, and invoice.

Not all proposals, contracts, and invoices deal with "items", "quantities", and/or have "taxes" applied. Think insurance quotes and policies. Not applicable. However, there is no way to hide or change these. Additionally, not all folks that "approve" an estimate should be automatically converted to a "client" via automation. Unfortunately, this is hardwired as the first option and no way to change.
I deal with small groups/sports teams/clubs. They have treasurers that pay the bill, but dont really access any other info. A role that I can assign access/be sent a copy of the invoices would be great. I still need others to get the invoice as well (the person requesting the service)…
This is a must-have features for anyone dealing with a larger organization. 'Accounts receivable' does not mean they are the client contact, currently this means a lot of extra work that can't be automated.
Yes! There is an option to change the CRM to "Company First" but it doesn't allow documents / invoices / projects to be assigned on the company-level so every contact within that company can access. It would be great if you could do this and then just restrict certain contact's access based on their "Circles" (ex. billing).
I understand it you have to bill multiple people for same service within a Org. A simple option to CC multiple people to same invoice and proposals would be great.
I just want to create one invoice for one company, but send to a primary contact and CC 2 others at the same company. Definitely don't want this to make 3 invoices billing 3x as much as it currently does.
For a workaround, I am currently copying the invoice link and sending my own email manually.

Yes this would be awesome and has been one of our struggles.
