Sometimes, I need to make a note on a project (an idea I need to revisit, a topic I need to research, etc) just for my eyes only. There's currently no place to do that in SuiteDash.

Just adding here. I would love a notes form that has a section for private notes (for me) and then a box I can check for another section that would be visible to the client as well.
EG - I’m using the platforms for health coaching and at each appointment, I have a notes template I use and I follow the same format for each follow-up appointment. This portion is visible to only me.
Further down, I have a section that details the plan for in between appointments that is visible to me and then us shared with the client once I save it. Then an automation can be set up to notify the client that they have a new note to view and also puts us on the same track until the next appointment.

Clients need to be able to add notes in free form (not a database view). Something like google doc or notion would be nice.

And these notes should include time and date stamps, almost like an "internal comment" system - so that we are able to track when notes were entered.
