Allow Non-Email Address Usernames for SMTP

Please allow us to use non-email addresses for SMTP settings

Yes please! This way, we can send emails from other verified accounts within our SMTP provider (support@domain.com, billing@domain.com, etc).

Seems like this issue will never get resolve. Same problem here 5 moths later and still no workaround. This should not be too complicated to allow non email address in this field

Unfortunately, our provider uses a username different from the E-mail address. The required username (web123xxpx) does not contain a "@". However, Suitedash requires a @ in the Login/Email field (see smtp settings). Could you please remove this requirement? Otherwise, we are not able to send via smtp.

Absolutely required. We have the same problem. Fixing this problem should not be a big issue!
