I agree with all the comments. I'm using Zapier as my api integration. I just haven't found a way to integrate the custom fields yet, which is critical for us.
@Mike Getting API access will be a game changer for SuiteDash. Great to see it moving to In Progress. Thanks
This release of this feature would bring SuiteDash to unicorn land.
Big vote for this one from me. Zapier is great, but it's just another cost that we could find work arounds for if we had an API or webhooks. Thanks!
I assume this would also open up the way for Pabbly and Integrately to integrate with Suitedash.
This would change the game and allow for necessary integrations for our workflow execution.
This will be absolutely incredible. I can hardly wait. Please please please, SuiteDash! You are already a powerhouse but with API access, you would be UNSTOPPABLE! Here's to the future!
Forcing people to use Zapier will not serve too well in the long run. Its actually disappointing that pabbly and other integrations have been blocked by Suitedash. I request the Suitedash team to open the API access.
This is the most important feature everyone wants from Suitedash.
How long has it been in planned status?
Absolutely required. Thank you!
Hope we can also get the Auth API or other ways to link 3rd party app to Suitedash user account. Basically does not want the user to sign-in too many times to use the app when link coming from Suitedash.
I need this feature otherwise suitedash is useless for me. Please focus on urgent feature.
SuiteDash please read this. If you launch a product on AppSumo it is obvious that people there buyt lifetime deals to not have to pay recurring monthly fees for software. So why you offer only zapier integration whene it is obvious that AppSumo folks bout Pabbly or similar software?
A child is born in 9 months but this integration is not available yet. No API, No Pabbly Integration, No Integromat Integration, No Integrately Integration, Only Zapier (Fully Zapier Partner - As answered on the Appsumo deal page). This means that Suitedash is forcing its customers to use Zapier Only.
Definitely need this. Have a Pabbly Connect account to save money on Zapier. So either API access or direct Pabbly integration please.
We had to rebuild our custom portal and move to hubspot because we couldnt integrate our proprietary apps without this feature. Basically this feature is a MUST have for a SaaS vendor to leverage SuiteDash.
Agreed that this would be great! It will be especially useful if it is accompanied by changes to "Companies" in SuiteDash, so that "Companies" data is stand alone (rather than being treated as akin to the data of a particular "Primary Contact").
This is critical in 2021 (almost 2022) we can't use a platform as a 'hub' for our most critical data unless we can easily use that information through modern integrators (eg Integrately) - glad it's planned!
For a wealth management firm, Suite Dash should enable rest API integration with investment platforms and data providers like Morningstar. This way, the clients and the advisers can have single login to manage their investments and view their porfolio. The platforms can send the data to SuiteDash which can show it in a nicely done dashboard. With Morningstar type integrations, the advisers and clients can do their own research inside the SuiteDash portal.
This would be awesome, if I can pull and share info between suite dash and Xero, it would really make a huge difference.
This would be a game changer. It would be awesome if creating announcements and pop-ups would be included in the API access.
Connecting with Azure Dev Ops would be great for project planning. Also the dev team can use this.
I am unable to access my massive database from within the portal to interact with customers and partners. I believe this is what is missing in SuiteDash to make worthwhile for me to move in.
Access to access and exchange data via API's with third party providers would take this application to a new level. I think someone commented that it would be a game changer and I agree.
Would be game changer for me as well, I need to source the data from a cloud through API and I didn't find a way to do it properly - Zapier won't work for it...
Probably the most important thing you could do. Integration platforms evolve and we can't just be restricted to Zapier.
Having API and Webhook access also means that users can build out their own integrations so that SuiteDash can concentrate on the Core functionality and not have to worry about hundreds of niche applications.
This would be a game changer. This and the interface would be my biggest gripe against Suitedash. I love the features but I need to connect with other specialized systems for my business. Please do this!
It would be great if we could prepare a custom dashboard page with info from an external API.
