Could you possibly look at adding a feature that makes you look busier than you might actually be to create the perception of demand.
I think that especially when your starting out and rebuilding after COVID it would be useful to have the ability to make your calendar look fuller than it might be.
I have spoken to a few clients recently and they have been told by prospects calling them that they have been embarrassed when they have asked if they are busy because there appointment system shows a huge amount of availability.
I use a platform called book like a boss which has this look busy facility and you simply add a percentage so it can pad your calendar out. As you grow it can be reduced presenting you with more slots
Just a thought and a feature I have found useful, other users may as well
