Appointment Scheduler reads employees Calendar

It would be very helpful if the employees calendar had the ability to block time slots for appointments.
Tasks could have an option to block the time or not depending if you want to have uninterrupted time working on the task.
Appointments would automatically block the time to ensure that the employee wasn't getting double booked by an appointment of another type.

Here's what I think it should look like for Admins and SuperAdmins (just a thought since this was the best we had from the software we want to let go of).
There should be a possibility to view a signle DAY where all selected colleagues have their calendar appear like this.

Hi, I've been suggested to add a comment here to probably add the feature for Admins, SuperAdmins and Office manager to be able to manage other employees schedule. This could be done through the filter "All Users" in the calendar. Users could be selected and calendar would be populated with these user's events/meetings/...

Rather than just a date, a start and end time that would enable time to be blocked from Calendar and thus prevent clients booking appointment at busy time
