Automated – Send SMS and email reminders so that clients confirm and remember their appointments. Know when clients have received and read your messages and take actions when a no-show is about to happen.
The API access would allow this via 3rd party such as Twilio. Also with the new 10DLC regulations each of SuiteDash's clients would need to register their numbers/campaigns, unless SuiteDash will take the responsibility for this. The API would allow for custom integration into a 3rd party platform where we (SuiteDash User) take on the responsibility for compliance. Just a thought.
