Auto Trigger Emails from custom fields

It would be great to auto trigger emails based on custom fields like birthday greetings to go out. I know Infusionsoft (Keap) had automation for this that adds the task back in the workflow for the following year every time it executes.
This would work well for things like monthly meeting requests, anniversary dates and other items

This feature is available in the CRM that I use currently and allows us many automatic communications with our customers because this also allows us to automatically do segmentation of our customers for segmented messages and support. We work with Veterans to help them get their Disability Compensation Benefits and being able to immediately segment them by Branch of Service and whether they are already Rated for a Disability or not focuses our aim to provide them the services they need and the personalization of our Services to them.
Marketing Automation like this and the Installment Payments (Which just went live! Nice!!!) have been holding us back from being to use the platform. Looking forward to seeing what you do here!
