In order to start a project on a new prospect, they have to be a client. But if they end up not panning out, you can't downgrade them back to prospect.

Hello, I mistakenly added a contact as a client instead of a prospect. Eventually, I had to delete and re-add the contact. It was exhausting to say the least. In addition to the circumstance where people make mistakes another example scenario is that you could have a client discontinue your services and reconsider months or years later. In which case, they would appropriately become a prospect again, where I could send them through a 'win back' funnel. I hope this option can be reconsidered.
