Client - End of Year Account Statement

It would be helpful if there is an easy way for a client to print out an "Account Statement" showing all payments within a given time period (editable by client) as well as default options for "Last 30 Days, Last 60 Days, Current Year, Previous Year). A lot of clients need this info for taxes - not sure if something like this is already possible in SuiteDash? IT would be a reports tool for the clients to use.

This should also include any linked projects, work requests, estimates, etc. Client goes to "Account Statements" and can "check the box" on everything they need: Projects, Invoices, Estimates, Documents, etc." If they choose Invoices, for example, and if any invoice was generated from a work request, there should be a dynamic box that says, "include linked work requests?" This will set SD miles ahead of anything else out there, in terms of offering a full-scale client-generated dynamic account statement option.

This statement feature should be easy to code, all the data is there. Do a search on STATEMENT. This are multiple Feature Requests, with the word STATEMENT. Please put them all together and see that the amount is more than show here.

The fact that this only has 15 upvotes shows me that the majority of people are not using Suitedash for accounting, otherwise this would have been created already. When a customer wants to know a balance due I have to literally make a STATEMENT for them in a Word document and cut and paste all of their payments over from SD into a word document to show them their last 12 payments. So what are people using for their accounting integration if they aren't using Suitedash for accounting? Can you at least point me to some help since Suitedash is not being used for that apparently?

I do, sadly, agree. Without Reports, SuiteDash can't really be used for accounting and it really is an incomplete CRM. Right now I am using FileCenter Receipts to keep track of all my expenses/etc. and, like you, have to create statements for clients. I haven't fully migrating to SuiteDash yet. For me the installment payments, reports, and Support Tickets need to be implemented before it can be a full replacement of my old CRM (Ultimate Client Manager - which is sadly no longer being developed). I am hoping all three will launch soon, and hopefully an End of the Year Statement will be one of the Reports a Client can create on their end!
