A system for clients to buy credits, for example X hours support. and then use these credits whenever they need extra support on something.

I think this could fall in line with the multiple requests for a "retainer" feature. So if a client purchases 10hrs of work, the timer feature would subtract from that until all 10 hours are used, then it would start adding to the accumulating generator.
