It would be helpful (and essential) to be able to see a history of the messages (automated and non-automated) that the system sends out. This should be both in the Client Profile (to show the individual clients' messages) as well as a link for the admin to see all of them at once. That way we can confirm what has been sent out and have a record of it.
Myself and others (see FB Group) have had experiences where automated messages that were suppose to go out from the system never went out. Unless our client tells us this (not the way a business should hear about it) we have no way of knowing or confirming what has gone out from the system! With emails easily being buried or going to spam, it would also help the client to be able to go back in their profile and see what messages have been sent them.

Currently, there's a UX/UI flaw in which Company First Mode AND Disable Individual Mode will not show communication under Company Email Logs
If Company First Mode and/or Individual Mode is disabled, you would expect all communication to show under Email Logs. However, they don't.
Please ensure that not only messaging but System emails such as Invoice and Invoice Reminders are showing in Email Logs.

it's live for transactional emails but we need this functionality for ALL types of communication including:
- Transactional emails
- Marketing emails (drips and campaigns)
- Messages & tickets
- Ability to copy/log staff emails within CRM

This is top on our list! We have an issue with emails that are supposed to go out not being sent - and not having any insight to that, especially for invoices that are supposed to be sent, is tough.

My #1 feature at the moment. The number of times I've wanted to or needed to ask my client "did you get the email/invoice/contract/link" etc is sooooo frustrating and feels so unprofessional hah.

I get a freaked out by the idea of unwanted notifications being sent to clients, or emails I don't expect being sent. It makes me hesitant to make tasks or assign new projects. I would feel SOOOOO much better if there was a way to see the emails that have been kicked off by the system, even if it was just a log of the TO: and SUBJECT: lines.
