In the U.S. iPhones make up more than half of all smartphones.
A client of mine uses SuiteDash to have her clients fill in forms and upload images. Most of her clients are U.S. based and a lot of them will be using iPhones to fill out forms / uploading images that her business needs to support those clients.
Unfortunately, HEIC is now the default format for images with iPhone:

Naturally, this is the file format that her customers are going to be uploading their pictures in if they’re filling out a form with their phone. It doesn’t make sense for her to educate her customers on what HEIC is and how to switch back to JPEG just so they can send her a picture.
At the same time, it doesn’t make sense for her to have to download an HEIC image from the portal, convert it to a JPEG using a program, and then reupload it to the portal. It’s way too much manual labor.
Is there any way that SuiteDash can add support for viewing images in the HEIC format? I think this would be a win for your entire customer base as I’m sure Loulu is not the only SuiteDash user who has customers uploading images from their iPhones. Currently, this is what we see when we try to preview an HEIC image:

HEIC is the Standard format for iPhone (not only U.S.). Everybody with iPhone will need it :-)
