Different clients may need different LMS courses so it would be great to allow course visibility based on client CIRCLE or other criteria to allow better presenting content based on client type.
HI Kara, this is a planned option, however you can currently achieve this by using Auto-Templates. Create an Auto-Template and add the Automation to Grant the LMS access to the Product/Course you want. Then you can filter the CRM by Circle and apply that Auto-Template to grant the access to that list of Contacts.
HI Kara, we have done some testing and have passed back to the Dev team for some further investigation. The Help team will reach out when we hear back from the Dev team.
I would also like to be able to assign LMS products based on Teams. You can already add automation to add a staff member to a team or remove them from a team after they complete a course or product. Seems logical that we should also be able to assign the course to a team. Of course, when you choose a team to assign to the course or product, it would need to assign it to all of the individual members in that team (like the way you can add a team to an email and then expand it to show individual members). Then as needed, you could pick and choose individuals to remove from the assignment (for example assign to Communications dept team, but then remove the manager or supervisors if they do not need to take the course).
Hi Phillip, to avoid logical conflicts, we try to avoid "attaching" too many associations to the Circle assignment. Instead, you can design your automations/workflow so that wherever you are assigning the Contact(s) to a Circle(s), you can also at the same time add them as an Owner of the appropriate LMS Product.
With the "No Code" Automations Widget, you always have the LMS related options anywhere the Add/Remove Circle option is present.
Yes? or maybe you're needing something different for a specific reason?
