Need the functionality to have a merge feature when clients change their emails so they are duplicated in the system. Very time consuming to move details manually.

I agree on the importance of this functionality. Additionally, we have a lot of clients with more than one store that we manage for them. When they login, they would like to see all their stores, not have to login discretely for each store/email.

Contact management is one of my biggest frustrations as a result of using several different CRMs and software which has been unavoidable for us over the years. The ability to merge in bulk e.g. 'Accept All merge recommendations' would be ideal. We currently use PipeDrive for a CRM and it's annoying because you need to manually merge each recommendation.
