Basically, the ability to trigger just about anything from just about anywhere. For example, would like to configure actions per Deals stage, actions upon Deal set to Won/Lost. Ideally, there would be an Actions or Triggers page where we can set up lots of if/then conditional actions (if contact added to circle, if contact has tag, if contact updated, etc / then change Deal stage, assign to salesperson, update subscription, queue FLOW, etc).

Would love the ability to have this when dealing with invoice ITEMS....for example, adding a client to a circle (and marketing audience) if they purchased a certain item. We currently can do triggers on the invoice as a whole, but not the items that make up the invoice.

Also include more triggers, like time/date based triggers. For example: If after the due date, if after x days, etc.
