Either a text field or ability to attach notes when creating an appointment such that the notes are accessible by the client when accessing the appointment by "clicking" the entry on the Calendar. Important info re the meeting could be added and client easily view the info. Currently this can only be included in the Appointment Notification email

Currently, booking an appointment on the calendar between a client and staff is too limiting and vague. For instance, when I create a calendar type, it shows a static calendar type as the subject. I need it to display a brief description of what the meeting is about or something descriptive to differentiate it from other meetings. There is nothing to identify the uniqueness of each meeting at the moment. As a result, I cannot use this component with my clients. Thank you.

Having a rich text description field that easily integrates with Google Calendar would be highly beneficial. It could include information such as: 1) Location (e.g., Building XXX, Room YYY), 2) A personalized URL for video conferencing (for systems not integrated with SD), 3) Specific preparation instructions for the client.

At least a rich text editor description field for the appointment (as in Google Calendar) would be very useful. i.e. indicating the location (ex. room) where the appointment will take place; specific preparation instructions; or adding a not SD integrated link for videoconferencing.

Need this so badly! The custom fields here would be amazing, or adding location and other features like in Google calendar

"Notes" section would be awesome and if we can add Custom Fields section that would be HUGE lifesaver!!!

It would be best if client visibility was an option. This way you can make private notes about an appointment OR have the option to share the notes with the client. Sometimes we want to make notes about the appointment that should be kept private to internal staff only, such as in the case of a counselor or therapist.
