This is my second try asking for this kickoff form issue to be fixed. I hope others can help vote to get it fixed this time around.

Create a pre-formatted phone number field with a country code drop-down list. See the example pictures attached.

Most new users signing up on a Kickoff form do not enter their phone numbers correctly to initiate Twilio SMS notifications.
For example, the format that's required to send a Twilio SMS is +1 ### - ### - ####
Users will not usually think to include their country code. Some don't even know it. In my example, I'm using USA +1.
Even when given an example format in the text field, users still don't get the format correct.
The connection to Twilio fails without the correct format and country code.
๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐ผ๐น๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป:
Automatically format the phone number field for users.
Then allow them to select their country code from a dropdown list. This will prevent misfires from the (SuiteDash automation) to the Twilio integration.
