Ability to handle support via email piping and IMAP Pulls. I remember that was a proposed feature of Suitedash since so long and i am surprised to see that as not a part of feature requests anymore. Please add it with outmost importance. Its a serious dent otherwise for the whole Suitedash Project

Made an account to up vote this! I saw it on the roadmap a while ago as well. I imagine lots of us assumed it was already set in stone, and not dependent on user feedback. Thank you!

Hi all, Support Tickets was never previously suggested here... maybe because it was already on the Roadmap, people were thinking it wasn't necessary. Regardless, you can be assured we 100% intend to complete our journey towards Support Tickets.
There have been a series of precursor tasks that we felt were necessary before the Support Tickets functionality we have in mind would be optimal.
It's great to know that it will be well received!

Really hoping this gets implemented soon - has been a feature promised in the Pinnacle Plan for quite some time...really needed for an actual CRM.

I see this is on the Roadmap, but I don't understand why it's got so little upvotes here. Was this removed from the feature requests and then added back by you? This should have a ton of votes, it's an awesome feature!
