The ability to create multiple task boards in a single project is a necessity. As a marketing agency, several of my clients have multiple services and rather than having multiple projects for a single client, with task boards, I can have one project per client.
Additionally, tasks change throughout the life cycle of a client. Task boards would also be beneficial for this as well. As a client moves through the life cycle, task boards can be added to a project from templates.

Hi Angela, you can already merge a Project Template into an existing Project. The use case is exactly as you say to have a single continuing Project that you can keep adding to.

Along with this... having the project settings be more suitable to on-going services (such as not requiring a completion date).
Mike
This is done. Project completion date is no longer required.

This is a huge reason I haven’t switched over yet.

Hi Crystal.. please explain in as much detail as possible the workflow that you need to see?
Crystal Dionysopoulos
I build websites. So, while I can definitely have the main project as one task board split into phases, there are also sometimes occasions where we are doing rebranding in parallel. Having that as two separate task boards would be super helpful. Also, near the end of the project, I have to do site testing. Having a separate task board in the same project helps me track bugs as I or my client comes across them; the structure of that is different to the main project flow, but absolutely still belongs in the project.
Does that help?
Mike
Ok, got it thanks!
Would a separate Kanban Board for each Phase work for you?
Crystal Dionysopoulos
I could definitely make that work!
Mike
Ok, thanks for that feedback. This was discussed at a meeting today, and planning has begun. The basic plan is to give you the option to configure the Kanban board to display all tasks from a single Phase, or even from multiple Phases.

That’s great! Thank you
