For companies that sell blocks of time, it would be great to have that ability integrated.

The workaround I've currently toyed with involves sending a client a negative invoice and applying time to that client, but it's confusing for a client to receive a negative balance, and then when they pay it it just sets to zero.

The easiest way to change this would be to allow negative dollar amount or negative time when applying the time, but when trying to do either you get an error message because it won't accept a negative number.

I say just simply allow negative numbers for time or rates. A person isn't going to accidentally put in a negative number in those spots.

Blocks of time have been used for years by many professional services firms. Many of those firms (including us) use Suite Dash every day and struggle with keeping track of the time balances of blocks of time for our clients. It would be awesome to have this in our suite dash system at our fingertips and be able to run reports to know which of our clients have blocks, the amount purchased, time used against the block, the balance, etc.
