The true Knowledge Base solution. Where you can create categories and subcategories with easy to write article style editor. Also, the ability for clients to access the KB from the client portal.

It would be great to have a tutorial to help us understand how Portal Pages can be used to create a knowledge base.

I hope there's a tutorial on how to use "Portal Pages" as a knowledge base. That would be helpful.

Yes but does "Live" mean it's live, and we can utilize? Or does "live" mean in development? Sorry I'm very new...

Mike, what does "Live" indicate? I couldn't see it on my dashboard nor on the roadmap. (although I checked in haste.)

This is exactly describing what can be built with Portal Pages - Categories, Sub-Categories, Article Editor, and the ability for Clients to access from the Portal - all 100% possible

As far as I can see, this isn't public facing. If I had enough time to write just 1 full knowledgebase, I'd be incredibly hesitant to publish it on a system that only registered users can view.
That's more an LMS kind of thing, no?
Until the public can view my KB, I can't see much value in posting it to Suitedash instead of to my own website or another service.
The potential benefit to publishing on SuiteDash would be that I could lock some areas away to circles.
A complete, public KB, with restricted areas based on roles within the CRM. That would be (I did a chef's kiss)

Mike, a SuperFan walkthrough on this would be SuperHelpful, thanks!

I am sticking with my external wiki (hosted at miraheze) for now, but would like to move all of that content into SD for clients. The pages are too cumbersome to create an entire wiki with them.

I just started working on a KB as well for contacts. I don't have much there yet, but I created the Category "Knowledge Base" and then created a Portal Page and assigned it to the "Knowledge Base" Category/Menu Group and clicked "Allow all logged-in Clients/Prospects to access page. On each client's side menu (under their profile picture) it reads Pages > Knowledge Base > and a short list of tutorials. This may not be the best solution, but the KB is very small at the moment.

I have also been trying to figure out a way to do this. For now I have a link to my companies knowledge base in the announcement tab
