Will we have the ability to use SMS for marketing automation too?
I'd like to be able to use email in conjunction with SMS in these workflows to guide prospects down the sales funnel.
I have a client using Close.io that support two-way SMS with Twilio integration. This will be an easier transition once this functionality is in place.

Is there any documentation on how to setup the 2-way SMS and where to access it from? I've got my Twilio connected, but I can't seem to find where or how I would send or receive a one-off text with a client.
Now that 2-way SMS is working with Twilio, why not a full on VOIP telephony solution?
For my customers, they need to see all of their correspondence (live chat, text and emails) with a contact in one unified list.
This enables them to look at the history of all correspondence to measure and improve in their business.
Without this, they are forced to look through a variety of sources to see their correspondence. This is error prone and tedious especially if you have a large staff.
I see this is "In Progress." But, it is not mentioned on the Roadmap here:
Could someone please let us know if this is still "In Progress." If it is, could we please be updated on the expected delivery date?
