One big oversight in the platform is the fact that when you use an email template in conjunction with a contract for example- you can edit the email prior to sending- however once you have sent it- there is no way to view the content of the email that was sent. As this is a CRM I would like to see every communication sent to a client. (regardless of whether I used a template/edited).
